- Une fois les dombrés terminés ajouter de l'eau au jus de cuisson des crevettes, porter à ébullition, ajouter 2 cuillères à soupe de pâte à Colombo (qui est déjà salée) et ajouter les dombrés un à un en remuant pour ne pas qu'ils collent.
Laisser cuire 15 min. - Ajouter les crevettes. Laisser mijoter 2 min avec le piment.
