- Écaler les œufs durs. Couper en petits morceaux les tomates cerises. Émincer finement la salade. Dans un bol, mélanger une partie du skyr avec de la moutarde. Saler, poivrer. Dans un saladier, râper 1 œuf (l’autre servira pour la déco), ajouter la salade, les tomates cerises, le maquereau égoutté et émietté. Incorporer le skyr/moutarde. Assaisonner. Mélanger

- Filmer un petit moule à cake (500 ml). Déposer du pain de mie coupé à la dimension du moule. Étaler de la préparation. Remettre du pain de mie (on utilise les chutes), puis une couche de la préparation. Terminer par du pain de mie. Filmer. Mettre au frigo plusieurs heures

- Le dressage :
Mélanger le reste de skyr, de la moutarde et du paprika. Assaisonner. Démouler le cake. Napper le dessus du skyr /moutarde. Râper le deuxième œuf
- Décorer selon votre inspiration avec des radis, de la salade, des olives…….
